Lyme Regis
Town Band |
|
has
established itself as an integral part of the town's social life.
The impetus for the formation of the current Band was a donation
provided by an international film company following the filming, in Lyme
Regis, of 'The French Lieutenant's Woman' by John Fowles, a resident of
Lyme Regis. From an original ‑14 members, it has grown to a full Concert
Entertainment Band of 34 players (plus some young learners). |
